Avantages
1. Management respects personal time. Here the workload is manageable during business hours. Bosses are very supportive of their staff in all aspects of life. 2. The team here is tight-knit. As an Admin, I interact with almost every department, and everyone is approachable and collaborative. 3. Leadership actually notices the "behind the scenes" work. It feels good to know that the little things Admins do to keep the office running smoothly are valued. 4. The mining industry can be volatile, but the company has a strong foothold and feels very secure.
Inconvénients
Because we are updating our technology and streamlining processes, there is a bit of a learning curve right now. It can be challenging to keep up with the changes while managing daily tasks, but the team is supportive.
