      Avantages

      Good workplace environment with the exception of new management.

      Inconvénients

      The family owners are no longer involved and new "corporate management" is not personable at all. Very numbers driven and management has no concern about employees anymore. All new supervisors and managers worked under our executives at other companies and they don't care abot MPC but about how they did things at the other company.

      Good 401k, would match 100% up to 10% on your check.

      Inconvénients

      Schedule is horrible and mandatory 12hr shift overtime even if you don't want to.
