      Avantages

      Great people to work with, fun activities, awesome office space & location, and you can learn a lot from working at an agency when you're given little information about clients and positions you're recruiting for.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of training and development, low base salary (compared to competition) and commission structure makes you feel like you're being taken advantage of, also lack of positive feedback and guidance.

      Loved my experience at MindSpring Partners, the people and culture made my experience so much fun. I learned so much about recruitment and made great friends along the way.

      They don't charge for the coffee.

      Inconvénients

      HIGHLY unethical management. While I can't go into details, Work here at your own peril. In addition, MindSpring *fosters* a very caddy environment. Pitting recruiters against each other.
