      Friendly college, interesting project in concept

      Inconvénients

      Poor management, deadline is everywhere but somewhere properly. Poor direction, scope and spec change every week, everyday if someone become so indecisive. Underpaid and understaffed.

      The company offers good work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Some PMs lack patience in training new employees and have low communication efficiency, leading to a slow learning process. The office atmosphere can feel quite distant and the company culture is not inclusive. It is not an ideal work environment.
