      Avantages

      Advancement opportunities, Decent Pay, Great Culture, Fantastic Health Care. Based on my personality (mix with management I've had) and experiences with coworkers, I have been extremely happy with not only the direction of this company but the overall quality of the people that work here. It truly is the people that make this place worthwhile to come in day after day.

      Nothing that I can think of at this juncture.

      Many good people across varying departments

      Inconvénients

      Lack of aligned direction from leadership Boys club at the top management levels Most employees are overworked Toxic culture Family owned but no longer treated like that from management, and lunches aren’t the answer Annual reviews done as a once yearly paperwork exercise that has no effect on your pay
