      Staff is great to work with

      Inconvénients

      Leadership leaves much to be desired, no room for advancement, longevity is discouraged, tense culture, senior management makes it known regularly that all staff members are easily replaced.

      Avantages

      You have a say in what types of clients you would like to work with. Great Supervisor! Freedom (to try out different types of therapies) and flexibility (you choose the time that you are in the office)! A friendly environment with little drama.

      Inconvénients

      They are not licensed to work with you after you graduate (insurance problems).
