      I was able to really be involved with the inter workings of a county government. I made some great connections and gained a lot of experience.

      No major down sides for this company and position.

      Welcoming work place that pays it forward. Many opportunities for learning and growth.

      Inconvénients

      Projects are often slow moving, so it may be rare to see the beginning and end of a project.

      Avantages

      Did a great job matching me with a local government agency that had an opening aligning me with my interests. MORPC and the agency were very welcoming, and the agency definitely helped my career development.

      Inconvénients

      Check-ins from MORPC weren't helpful at addressing any issues that may have come up with the host, I felt I had to deal with them directly.
