      Avantages

      Nice but helpless Employees. Can learn may things, because no fix work given. As per work & availability have to do that work.

      Inconvénients

      Engineers find difficult to get job in other companies, because other companies never use Microverse DCS, they need hands on Siemens, Allan Bradley systems. Salary is not on time. Every work comes at 11th hour. No fix work hours, sometimes have to work for 24 Hours continuously. Dinner from Dahanukar Mess ( worst food in the world) No sufficient component stock, which cause delay in job delivery.

      Had a great experience with Microverse Automation. The company provides excellent learning opportunities in industrial automation, with supportive colleagues and good exposure to projects. Special thanks to HR Shweta Swami for her professional, helpful, and smooth coordination throughout the process. A great place for career growth in automation.

      Avantages

      Great learning opportunity for freshers - You get exposure to real industrial automation projects like DCS. Supportive colleagues and team environment – Team members are generally helpful and cooperative. Good platform to build confidence and skills at the start of a career. Engineers from MAPL develop skills that are valued in the market.

      Inconvénients

      Workload is high during project deadlines. Work life balance is challenging most of the time. They offered limited training programs.
