      Avantages

      Some good designers, good system knowledge cross over to circuit design. Good systems understanding.

      Inconvénients

      unfair recognition/promotion structure. Political environment. Management is relatively new and probably not geared up yet to take the position responsibly. Lack of accountability of management towards retention and unfair recognition/compensation/promotion.

      Talented engineers and challenging work. Good place to hone RF IC design skills.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management takes most of the rewards while people on the bottom does most of the work.
