Zoran management did not understand our business or how to manage it. Tried to project digitial IC design onto RFIC.

Some good designers, good system knowledge cross over to circuit design. Good systems understanding.

unfair recognition/promotion structure. Political environment. Management is relatively new and probably not geared up yet to take the position responsibly. Lack of accountability of management towards retention and unfair recognition/compensation/promotion.
