      Everyone below management level great to work with. Build good working relationships. Gain a ton of experience in multiple disciplines.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic workload expectations from management, executive management. Extremely low salary based on job responsibilities. Limited chance of employment advancement. Office politics clouds hiring choices and business decisions.

      Avantages

      Microscan was a great little company filled with technology and sharp people. It was purchased by Omron in 2018.

      Inconvénients

      While Omron has good intentions to keep Microscan people and performance eventually most ended up departing due to business changes and layoffs. Sales and Marketing became less focused on selling these type of products.
