      Avantages

      Work Life balance is great, if you're good at your job it's not too bad and there's a lot of respect that goes around once you're skilled.

      Inconvénients

      Clique-ish lots of favoritism/nepotism at play. This is probably the biggest factor as to why people can't grow and move up.
