      Avantages

      Rather than at people off during economic downturns, everyone takes a temporary pay cut that is usually paid back in future RSUs. Highly unlikely to ever be laid off. Pretty good management.

      Lower salaries Lower bonuses Possibly uneven experience depending on where which division you work for.
