      Avantages

      I've been working with Microchip Technology Inc. for more than 10 years now and I can say that the Microchip Technology Inc. is one of the best company to work with. Reasons are, culture, family oriented, colleagues are great and Microchip Technology Inc. gave importance to its employees.

      Inconvénients

      I don't have anything to share about the 'CONS' of the company because for me, it is one of the best.
