Clean, bright and windowed facility, easy to commute to. Pretty clear on what the company does for the industry with the machines applied in order to get the job done. They do have very intelligent people here. The company does have a plan to be competitive to be a great company but its up to the owners final say.

Quite a few "slackers" with titles that really should be re-evaluated and it seems these people know how to look good to top management while just getting away with it. See individuals who put in double the effort while others take advantage of it. Good and qualified people with skill leave sooner than expected so it seems a lot of good ideas in making the company better just go out the window. Management appears to blow off the workers concerns and it is confusing here. Too bad. It is a nice company and they just need to restructure.
