Avantages

Centrally located, work from home one day a week.

Inconvénients

unrealistic expectations for work hours, average day is 13-15 hours long, overtime is not paid per cheque but banked and you decide if you want to be paid out or take time. You will be unable to take time as you will always be working at some venue. They will not pay for your mileage to any Ontario venue, nor compensate you for one single meal on a shift. They do not allow employee chatter unless it's through Google Talk, you will be sitting across from someone and if you want an answer or have a question, it must be on Google Talk, they record and monitor each key stroke, your computers are routinely audited for usage. Lunch is one hour but must be taken at your desk. Compensation is terrible, During my first week they fired 3 people for being late. They do not tolerate lateness even though you have just finished a 13 hour shift.. Highly suggest you look elsewhere, or you will be quickly looking for another job
