      - VERY nice people. Family-like environment. - Small company size means you actually make a difference. - Chance to make a positive impact on lives of all Texans, since many projects are with the state agencies - No crazy hours - most people having their own families and value work-life balance.

      Great people to work with. There is lot knowledge sharing. Great opportunity to grow. Great working hours.

      Avantages

      Good place to work if you are entry-level or new to your field. Friendly co-workers. No office politics. Helpful senior level (non-managerial) staff. Solid work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not on par with market. Modern day benefits like working from home option (even for one day a week) doesn't exist. Time reporting makes no sense to the employees as they are not shown the big picture.
