      Avantages

      It's a job to get a paycheck

      Inconvénients

      Upper management was horrible to employees. Would yell at them in front of everyone, benefits are horrible, pay is below what it should be, hr is the owners wife and doesn't listen to the employees concerns. The handbook is illegal and they don't pay you for what you work. Overall.... HORRIBLE place to work!!!

      Avantages

      If you are someone looking to challenge yourself every day, be in control of yourself every day, set up and run lathes and mills making aerospace parts out of exotic materials while holding tight tolerances, I would recommend this place to you. If you're someone who is self motivated, and can hold them selves accountable for deadlines and quality of parts, you will always be talen care of here.
