An expert with unique skills who does not rock the boat can work there for many years. Relaxing office atmosphere in most departments, some management is willing to have flexible work schedule. Company is owned by a large corporate parents and is a great place to learn what not to do in management if you are looking to hone supervisory skills by osmosis. Company is trying very hard to be innovative.

Lack of competent leadership in technology and advertising fields. Cronyism on the top levels of management. Not competitive compensation for high tech jobs. Very limited growth opportunities for people who work hard, new responsibilities are assigned as more people are leaving. Big media company with small IT and Newmedia departments makes it harder to get job done right.
