Avantages

- Team lead was amazing, supportive - only 1 in office day per week - Flexibility with scheduling clients - gas reimbursement - in depth training

Inconvénients

- No room for being chronically sick/ ill. Either use leftover PTO or have to leave - Changed billing practices mid year and now require various Medicaid protocol we were not trained on - higher ups will constantly be requiring you to meet billing expectations even if clients are refusing to see you

Avantages

Great co-workers, friendly environment. Case managers really care about the clients! There is decent flexibility and the job in itself is rewarding.

Inconvénients

There is little to no room for advancement in the company. The pay to work ratio: OFF. The pay IS low. You will be micromanaged. Management’s expectations are displaced considering they can not obtain what they require. Turnover rate is 80- 100% The managers are overworked, booked, and some overlooked thus shewing inconsistent results in the work place. There is not enough middle men (people who hold positions in between management and field workers). It may be a con to some to have to use your own car for client visits. numbers driven (primarily concerned with billing) Professionalism and ethics are questionable. Concerns are rarely addressed.
