Avantages
Predominant hispanic, as the owner is Cuban. There's unlimited coffee and expresso, a cheap soda and snack machine. Everyone was nice, warming and professional. Everyone was skilled in their craft. Offered the usual benefits.If you're the env section, it was mostly about pleasing the client, rather than the company itself.
Inconvénients
Way too far. Company needs to provide a credit card for employees to do their work (i e pay permit application, maintenance of company's vehicle) instead of offering reimbursement. Needs to be more active in the community instead of the Mercedes run. Your vacation accumulate but you cannot roll over the PTO. Most of all, not too entry level friendly as the company stresses that you must be 90% billable. Lousy dental package, and high deductable for medical insurance
