      You work online from home

      Inconvénients

      Cannot take your work with you but must work from same home location. Some of the scoring guidelines are contradictory. Excellence is often sacrificed at the altar of bureaucratic ego.

      Avantages

      It's remote, they're communicative, and open about the availability of work.

      Inconvénients

      Although it's seasonal its also project based so it's not like you'll work exactly 2.5 weeks, you could work less or you could work more around that time period, with empty queues or backed up queues throughout your tenure. A bit more consistency would be nice, but they are clear about the lack of it when you sign up so...

      Work from home, flexible schedule.

      Inconvénients

      No pay raise no matter what. The pay was low.
