      Avantages

      * Flexible scheduling * No experience required * Very casual work environment * Most of the master scorers (the only management there seems to be) friendly

      Inconvénients

      * No communication with HR and when there is they're rude and uncaring * Absolutely no training when just a couple of hours for a new employee and half an hour for a new prompt would be well worth the money * Conflicting information on handouts, opinions from master scorers sometimes doesn't agree with handouts, and answer to same question to different master scorers can vary

      Avantages

      It's remote, they're communicative, and open about the availability of work.

      Inconvénients

      Although it's seasonal its also project based so it's not like you'll work exactly 2.5 weeks, you could work less or you could work more around that time period, with empty queues or backed up queues throughout your tenure. A bit more consistency would be nice, but they are clear about the lack of it when you sign up so...

      Work from home, flexible schedule.

      Inconvénients

      No pay raise no matter what. The pay was low.
