Incentive policies are good. It is a good school to learn so many things.
Inconvénients
Most importantly unprofessionalism, their behaviour towards you would be like an enemy after leaving the job. Intentionally harassing their ex employees for F&F settlement. Worst HR policies, I have seen. Appraisal is almost nil every year. Company is not on growing path now. So I will not suggest anyone to join here.
