      Everyone is so friendly and takes the time to help or chat including Directors Positive Environment Communication is good relaxed but motivated vibe feel valued and required Growth opportunities New ideas are welcomed

      communication and structure - this is getting dealt with as we are currently in transition phase to improve :)
