For a company that strives for hospitality, the my absolutely have none All of the upper management have never even worked a day in a Resturant setting, let alone should be given a place this big to run. Every Single decision is made off site by Two people who barely walk through the restaurants. You would Think a place that has three Soms, the wine program would be one of the best in the Midwest. Not one person that dines and visits know of suck thing They have shunned away more talented Individuals that any place That’s brand new should Avoid this place

Avantages

The location was wonderful, and the food was okay.

Inconvénients

They will barely train you on their systems. Pay is terrible. No work life balance. Disrespected by upper management. You'll be a scapegoat for problems outside your control. Unable to do anything without 5-7 layers of HR and paperwork.
