Avantages
Appeared good to begin, David was friendly and clearly no nonsense which I appreciated. They seem to have good opportunities and prep you quite well.
Inconvénients
The reason for me doing this review is I have never been through a process, or heard of someone else going through one, where you aren’t officially no’d. I was told I was a back up to their first choice but there was no guarantee they would take it so to hold tight. I then never heard back which I find astounding, especially as they are 50 year old blokes who should know better. I had been put through three stages and a presentation stage and then just got chucked to the wayside when it was clear I wasn’t going to make them money. This is not a case of sour grapes, the interviews happened in November and I appreciate and accept the firm’s decision. It’s simply unacceptable practice.
