      Avantages

      Shifts for most team members is limited to 10hr shifts. Mostly due to parking lot capacity. The company likes to take part in the local community events and business is steady despite supply issues caused by Covid-19. Benefits are excellent and the pay is good for the area.

      Inconvénients

      Too pleasing towards cry baby employees. Not enough discipline where it is needed. They allow unlimited "Same day" vacation. This results in a large amount team members leaving when the going gets tough and makes it harder for those who stick through it.

      You definitely can advance here as a welder, technician or whatever.

      Inconvénients

      We sat in orientation about safety for six plus hours. Once I started working there, I started it feel like nobody was following basic safety protocols, and not only that, but I was also pressured not to. The station I was put on constantly had issues where my partner and I would have to step on the conveyor belt while it was still active to fix stuff, and that STILL wasn't fast enough for the plant coordinator. Just completely shameful.
