Avantages
Pros are coming from the customers, not from Metafore. No leadership, no vision, no communication... only greed from the upper management. This company is stuck in the 60's as far as people management... Don't bring your modern ideas, they will be shut down and you'll be let go!
Inconvénients
No people management whatsoever. People are told they can freely talk about anything.... that's a lie. People with experience, education and skills are not welcome there... and will never be promoted. Due to this the turn-over is high and the service to clients is at best poor. The middle management is not skilled, not-educated and has no clue about people management. And HR is worse! Salary are sub-par because the company is too greedy... which did not avoid them to be in a bad economical situation. BTW, the company has been for sale for more than 6 months and still does not attract a lot of buyers...
