Avantages
Management was always open to listening to concerns and worked with the employees to try and find a solution that worked for both the company and the individual. Management intentions were genuinely good, even if the outcome was not in favor of the employee. Feedback from management came often. Other employees at MetLife all seemed fairly intelligent and easy to get along with.
Inconvénients
The long hours and mediocre compensation.
