Working here is a truly unique experience. Mesh is a trailblazer for modern Indian workplaces. If you know what exactly you want from the workplace, the setup here enables you to balance your personal and professional way in a harmonious way. You obviously need to get your work done but Mesh doesn't force you to be part of things you don't want to be a part of. Introverts can be themselves and extroverts have avenues to engage with each other. You can be you here, just get your work done
Inconvénients
None for me. Not once have I been pressured or guilted into taking part in office activities like I was at previous workplaces. This place is peaceful and allows me to engage in things as and when I want to.
