Avantages
Bonuses if they are still what they were. I know they were being cut drastically.
Inconvénients
No support team, run by people that want you to give answers they can't give themselves, liars, hostile environment, unethical, bigots, cheaply run, don't invest in employees or properties. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR. TRY A LARGER COMPANY.
