There were options for lateral transfer and several location options, and onboarding was quick.
Inconvénients
Disorganized, little communication about policy changes, difficulty finding policies that pertain to the job unless you speak with HR directly, difficulty getting in contact with HR, management is often out of touch or seems not to be concerned when issues are brought up to them, high turnover, understaffed.
