      Avantages

      Great opportunities to hone skills in the ER and throughout the hospital. Company pays for Critical Care Paramedic training which includes a pay increase.

      Inconvénients

      The various work sites do vastly different work, ie: 911, non-emergency transports, and critical care transports.

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Inconvénients

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
