      Avantages

      Rewarding work. Competitive pay. Comprehensive benefit offerings. Most importantly, there are quality people here (beyond the clinical realm) who take their work seriously. Working with people who are enthusiastic and kind is why I've stayed.

      Inconvénients

      Hours can be longer, but remote work offers flexibility.

      Good base rate: starts at 30 with 10k sign on bonus Weekend program gets an extra 9.50 an hr Diffs are Evenings: 2. Nights: 4. Weekends: 1.5

      Inconvénients

      Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
