-People are great (depends on district). -Stability -Recognizable name

Inconvénients

-Cost cutting approach from top severely limits sales force. -No clear path for advancement. -Future looking dim with many expiring patents and little pipeline help coming.

Avantages

Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

Inconvénients

Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
