Avantages
Great Culture: Everyone is really nice, there is a lot of flexibility, and the company treats employees really well (even going above and beyond to provide nice birthday gifts which was a surprise). It can be difficult to have a strong culture in a remote position but this is an area where the MRC shines. Amazing Benefits: 100% insurance premium coverage for the employee and 50% for dependents and it is really good coverage, lots of vacation time and encouraged to use it, good retirement.
Inconvénients
The MRC has grown rapidly since I joined a little over a year ago and is continuing to grow. There are a few growing pains as the organization overall is figuring out the best way to work efficiently as we scale up. That being said, the process is normalized so as we find out something isn't working well it's easy to learn, adjust, and move forward.
