      Best work environment, great learning as well as growing opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Pay structure is little bit on the off side but I am hoping it will be better in future.

      Avantages

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
