      Avantages

      Nothing at all. This company is a sad case and they really should get a clue. They have no culture and need to learn transparency.

      Inconvénients

      No transparency. No culture. Poor management and clueless higher ups. Poor recruiting process and all around bad relationships. Not a good company to work for.

      Avantages

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
