      Work-life balance is a priority. However, it varies greatly from team to team and office to office. There is an effort by employees to have fun.

      Inconvénients

      Low morale across all levels of staff. Career success not closely tied to client work / results. Compensation and bonus are below market.

      Avantages

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
