      People in the office are generally nice when they come in Can learn the industry Decent benefits and wlb if you set boundaries

      Inconvénients

      Not hiring so everyone feels over worked Changes to process with unclear incentives leave people guessing Poor morale RIFs each year Slow to promote and slow to raise pay - gained a designation and been around 4 years without a raise even matching inflation

      Ability to bounce ideas off of many intelligent principles and partners.

      Inconvénients

      Workload is usually pretty heavy, but there are seasons of the year that have lighter work.

      Avantages

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
