Anger is at the tip of their nose - Client handling not good, many left just because of top management's behavior - Ego issues of top management - Will promise many big things, but won't be executed. If approached to MD, you will be ignored, dates will be moved, excuses will be given. In the end you will have to give up - They won't ask you why a particular thing hasn't been done and straight away blame and insult you, only later to be realized that the reason was valid - If a particular process or work is going on fine, even clients are happy by the work, top management will interfere and spoil it - If you resign, they will treat you as if you have committed a crime. They will ignore you and won't even talk to you unless they want to get something done - Will talk sweetly when something needs to be done, once done things will be back to way they were - Never firm on 1 decision. Top management will change the decision on the fly regularly and will spoil the project - Favoritism for few employees
