Avantages
When times are good, the company knows how to throw a party. People are reasonable. As long as you are doing what you need to do and show a little ambition all is well. They don't tolerate what they consider substandard people and will letyou go as fast as they hired you. However, if you are not in the clique, you are doomed. Will pay well if you negotiate it up front.
Inconvénients
Quick to hire/fire. Very Cliquish. Management (owner) doesn't have a clue as to the real world of construction. They have been afraid to get into new markets. Won't listen to ideas unless they come up with it. Only recognize accomplishments of the insiders; everyone else is an also-ran.
