Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Menards is incredibly flexible which makes it a great part time place to work. The job overall is not difficult and they pay is decent.
Inconvénients
Management can vary in their effectiveness and sometimes issues never get resolved. They don’t have set policies in place for trans teammates so there is no privacy in restrooms. They do not seem to care about tenure at all. 5 years, 10 years, 15 or more you’re not recognized. No congrats from corporate management let alone a gift.
