      Promote from with philosophy allows you to promote quickly and reach great earning potential. A new employee that is willing to move can earn 70k + in 3-4 years.

      Inconvénients

      Company is getting too greedy. Managers get fined too much for so many things that are not in their control. It doesn't make you want to do better, it makes you want to quit.

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Inconvénients

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
