Expectation of work outside of the traditional content roles, but that is true at most places.

They give you everything you need to do the work and beyond. They care about your well-being and your personal life because they realize how it affects everyone's ability to teach and do their job effectively. They believed in me every step of my journey and even after we moved to another state.

It's a lot of work because they have high standards for their students and for their organization. They give you the freedom to create your own curriculum which can be a lot of work too, but also give a lot of support to do it. Things may be easier now because they have since expanded though.
