Avantages

Back office- go back office do NOT go branch unless you want to be burnt out and mistreated

Inconvénients

Management at certain branches- you will occasionally get the good branch managers who you will LOVE working with because they genuinely care about you doing well. Majority of branch managers are catty, talk badly about one another and their associates who work for them- a lot are too young to even be good management because they are still immature and openly talk about the staff at the branch and make inappropriate announcements to humiliate staff to other associates. If you worked with a regional manager before you will get away with mistreating your staff. Gallup surveys while anonymous you are still told by management what to answer for good scores or you’ll be punished with more side tasks to burn the entire branch staff out. Management will only take members who are good candidates for QKAs and this will take floor staff numbers they need to meet monthly.

Avantages

Amazing community and family feel. Lots of promotion form within. Growth opportunities. Tuition help.

Inconvénients

They focus hard to make sure people are never laid off, so HR is careful about how many people they hire, which is great, but also not great when your team needs more people but you can't get anymore people. Some people get away with doing the bare minimum yet still get promotions and praise.

Avantages

Flexible Schedule on the business team. 401(k) is amazing. Healthcare is great.

Inconvénients

Poor leadership across the board starting with VPs. C-Suite claims to be transparent, but then people (VPs) who are friends with the CEO get hired out of the blue. Poor PTO plan. No cost of living adjustments on already poor salaries. Does not value tenured employees. Prefers to hire new, cheap labor instead of treating invaluable tenured employees with dignity and a fair pay.
