      Commission piece is very lucrative

      Inconvénients

      President of the company is not thorough and makes decisions without much thought. Communication is a problem here. There is no such thing as getting off work at 5 or even having days off. They make you use your cell phone and then make you roll your office phones to your cell basically making you on call for 24/7

      Avantages

      Good environment, helped in large part by former colleague leaving who was not trustworthy and brought a terrible attitude to the office daily and despite the talk - was not able to do the job. Since then, much more teamwork, trust, and successes. Compensation and commission are industry high.
