      Avantages

      Management does a great job of coaching, encouraging and supporting you - It is a true team atmosphere. This is not a company where you can hide 8 hours a day and just collect a paycheck, you will be challenged to innovate and ultimately your success is up to you. Great work/life balance and opportunities to grow!

      Inconvénients

      This company is growing quickly, and more/larger office space will be needed in the near future.

      Avantages

      Culture of growth, challenging projects, awesome management. I've been with the company for 3 years, worn many hats, and learned the software business inside and out. This is a great place to work!

      Inconvénients

      Buckle up, because you're going to do a lot of work here! Not a con, but if you're hoping to float on by this is NOT the place for you.

      Avantages

      Some flexibility in hours/ working from home. There are some really good people who work there-- they won't last long.

      Inconvénients

      No benefits at all Micro-Managing dictator CEO who disrespects everyone and changes course, and employees, on a whim. Yelling is his main method of motivating his employees to get things done. You need a thick skin to deal with this person. Turnover every week. Either people quit or get fired. Few stay more than a year. Out-of-date tools. No documentation whatsoever. Broken furniture. No training. Buggy, spaghetti code. Unhappy clients. Most programming is off-shore. QA, process and change control are virtually non-existent.
