Avantages

Experience in the billing process, following up with insurance, and coding. Positive relationships you create with clients. Off on weekends.

Inconvénients

The pay is horrible for all the work that you do. You are never appreciated and the CEO feels as if you owe him for working there. NO BENEFITS. Minimum wage. Vacation time to the CEO is as if he's giving you a gift rather than something you've earned. His strategy is to put you down so you think you're no good at your job and won't have to give you a raise. I saw it happen to the best of the best employees there. Negative work environment. Everyone wanted to run out the door as soon as 5 pm hit. He puts words in others mouth. Says someone else said something and creates unnecessary drama. Created unfriendly work environment. Will stand behind you at times just to stare at what you're doing. Makes you nervous. Clients would question the many employees that would come and go. Unstable employees.

-Work hours (full time and regular hours, option to do overtime when needed) -Opportunity to earn raises based on good performance -BENEFITS!!! :)

No pros to list here

Inconvénients

Easy to take advantage of time off and lie about work being done due to bad management, which leaves the people that actually care about their work/jobs to burnout. Also, the level of professionalism and actual RCM experience is a joke.
